Private Tel Aviv and Jaffa walking tour

Ancient Jaffa and modern Tel Aviv in one day, with a licensed guide who lives here, from the old port to Rothschild Boulevard

5-8 hours · Private

Where east meets west, and old meets new

Tel Aviv is the city I'm blessed to call home. In one walk you can go from one of the oldest port cities in the world to a skyline that didn't exist a generation ago.

We'll start in Jaffa, wander into the neighborhoods where the first Jewish settlers built a new city on the sand, and end in the cafes and boulevards of the Tel Aviv locals love.

Along the way

Old Jaffa

The ancient port, its artists' alleys and galleries, and the view back across the bay to Tel Aviv.

Neve Tzedek

The first Jewish neighborhood built outside Jaffa's walls, with its low houses, boutiques and Parisian feel.

Rothschild Boulevard

Shaded avenues, Bauhaus buildings of the White City, and the story of how Tel Aviv began.

A delicious ending

Lunch at one of Tel Aviv's great restaurants, or an eat-as-we-go tasting through the market.

Good questions

How long is the Tel Aviv-Jaffa tour?

Between 5 and 8 hours, mostly on foot. We can shorten it or add stops to suit your group.

Is there a lot of walking?

Yes, it's a walking tour, at an easy pace with plenty of stops for coffee and shade. We can add short drives if needed.

Can we combine it with the food tour?

Absolutely. Many guests end the day with a market tasting instead of a sit-down lunch.

Is it suitable for families?

Yes. Kids love the port, the beach views and the market, and I keep the stories lively.
